Refund Policy

Optimotion processes refunds for security deposits after successful completion of the rental agreement and satisfactory vehicle assessment. Monthly rental fees are non-refundable once billed, while processing fees are refundable only if we fail to deploy vehicles as per agreement. The security deposit fees are refundable 15-days post closure of service. For service disruptions, we provide compensatory usage periods instead of monetary refunds to ensure business continuity.
Refunds will be initiated post closure in 2-3 days and will be credited to your bank account in 5-7 bank working days
